Since 1996, the OSMOTRON product family is our flag­ship for PW and WFI gener­a­tion based on membrane tech­nology. Far more than 1000 Units world­wide have proven the quality, robust­ness and reli­a­bility of this system.

Now it’s time to present the next gener­a­tion, combining the latest tech­nical improve­ments to address the most demanding expec­ta­tions of the phar­ma­ceu­tical industry. The improve­ments are focused on effi­ciency, sustain­ability, robust­ness, automa­tion and stan­dard­iza­tion.

One platform covering PW and WFI from 800 to 12,000l/h on one skid to reduce footprint. System can be customized up to 50,000l/h on multiple skids.

The new OSMOTRON is built as a single plat­form covering all compo­nents to produce Puri­fied Water (PW) or Water for Injec­tion (WFI). This plat­form is easily config­urable for many different needs. It can be deliv­ered with inte­grated hot water sani­ti­z­able soft­ener, single or double pass Reverse Osmosis (RO).
